In August 2006, TOP OF THE WORLD TRAVEL AND TOURS, located at #53 Vista Verde Avenue Vista Verde Executive Village Cainta, Rizal 1900, is a business name registered to Engr. Marilou Pancho – Pagsanjan. At first, it started its “pre – operational period” by the third quarter of the said year. Its main office was then incorporated inside the residence of the owner / proprietress; located in the business area wherein all office equipment, improvements were all in. However, as time passed along and as continuous progress and development of Top of the World, Engr. Marilou Pancho – Pagsanjan decided to finally operate its business in “full blast”. The proprietress was then responsible for the relocation of her newly opened business and officially, the main office of Top of the World Travel is now located in front of her residence, in which front part of the house are all commercial areas. Top of the World Travel and Tours never advertise in any leading newspaper but then advertised in free ads paper within the vicinity of Rizal. The business is not even located to any commercial place or strategic place. The owner, Engr. Marilou Pancho – Pagsanjan just gave its full trust to her business that in time, the office will be more credible and eventually, known locally and within the area. As the year progresses, Top of the World Travel is a travel agency that renders quality, reliable travel service to customer through effective meeting the needs of the traveling public.
